Job Opportunity:

AIDADOMI is seeking a compassionate and dedicated aide-soignant(e) to provide social and solidarity services to our beneficiaries. Our mission is to prioritize human values, quality, and close relationships in our care.

  • Assist beneficiaries with daily activities such as meal assistance, dressing, hygiene, and more.
  • Contribute to the well-being and ability of our beneficiaries to stay in their homes.

Responsibilities:

As a caregiver assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing close support to our beneficiaries.
  • Ensuring sufficient time to carry out caregiving tasks effectively.
  • Working flexible hours based on your availability.
  • Pursuing a meaningful career that makes a difference in people's lives.
  • Having opportunities for advancement to quality evaluator or sector assistant roles.
  • Receiving monthly bonuses.
  • Possibility of full-time employment with additional duties as a home care assistant.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A state-recognized aide-soignant(e) certification.
  • A passion for making a difference in people's lives.
