About the Role

Biocon Biologics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in France. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to transform the healthcare system and improve people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management: Responsible for product detailing and discussions with customers to keep them up-to-date with the latest scientific and practical information regarding our biosimilar portfolio.
  • Customer Engagement: Generate loyalty through regular doctor visits defined in the doctors' list.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Implementation of Marketing Strategies
  • Territory Planning: Effective planning of territory coverage and frequency.
  • Continuous Medical Education: Conduct continuous medical education and activities as defined in cycle meetings.
  • Knowledge Update: Keep oneself updated with scientific knowledge.
Stock Management, Competitor Information & Daily Reporting
  • Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels at client level, communicate optimal stock management to needed stakeholders, keep a proactive approach within sharing information within the company.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Provide regular feedback on competitor activity through market survey/field interaction.
  • Daily Reporting: Timely reporting of daily work through sales force reporting system.
Pharmacovigilance - Reporting
  • Adverse Event Reporting: The Biocon employee/sales representative should follow and apply within 24 hours the standard Biocon PV approach if becoming aware of adverse events/side effects and/or incidents including lack of efficacy for Biocon products.
  • Pharmacovigilance Department: Report any information received about the product quality issue for Biocon products to the relevant QA (Quality Assurance) department of Biocon.
Requirements
  • Scientific Understanding: Scientific understanding/ability for scientific topic discussions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Customer relationship management/competitive awareness.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in French and English.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors in Pharmacy/graduation in any Science stream, Masters in Pharmacy/post-graduation in science stream.
  • Experience: Experience in pharma environment on similar position with 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of therapeutic areas, legal and pricing regulations, and other specified and required to undertake this job position.
