Role Overview
The Senior Strategy & Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting operational and project work within Ratings & Research (R&R). This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with the R&R Chief of Staff (CoS) on executing and communicating strategic priorities across business lines and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CoS, the Senior Strategy & Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining reports on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Producing a monthly Ratings & Research Resource Adequacy Report with guidance from the CoS
- Managing meeting schedules and ensuring meeting-related documents are readily available and properly stored
- Preparing materials for internal engagements, including R&R town halls, senior management off-sites, and other initiatives as needed
- Contributing to the development and update of materials for board meetings and operating reviews
- Working on various projects and activities as assigned
Qualifications
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with:
- 3+ years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint presentations and use of Moody's Brand Portal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with confidential material
- Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, inclusion, trust, and discretion
- Proactive, diligent, and highly disciplined approach
- Excellent computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
