Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Administration Assistant EMEA to support our regional team on sales administration missions. The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting and centralizing data received by retailers and communicating it to the rest of the team.

The role will involve filling weekly and monthly reports on performances, collecting comments from the commercial team, and handling 'no charge orders' for free products to send retailers, stores, or team members.

The ideal candidate will have administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English and French. Strong analytical skills and a Bac 4/5 or University/Business school degree in Administration or Business analysis are also required.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Too Faced EMEA regional team on sales administration missions
  • Extract and centralize data received by retailers and communicate it to the rest of the team
  • Filling weekly and monthly reports on performances
  • Collecting comments from the commercial team
  • Handling 'no charge orders' for free products
  • Additional sales administration responsibilities such as translation review, presentation support, database maintenance, and accounting support
Requirements
  • Administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bac 4/5 or University/Business school degree in Administration or Business analysis
