Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Collection Officer Trainee to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for tracking invoices, analyzing client accounts, and resolving disputes in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Analyze client accounts to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with experienced mentors to develop skills and knowledge
  • Resolve disputes and negotiate with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements:

  • BTS CG, GEA, or similar degree in debt collection or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
