About the Role

Product Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Assistant to join our team at Too Faced. As a Product Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data received by retailers, and communicating it to the rest of the team. You will also be responsible for handling all 'no charge orders' (gratis, GWP, collateral), i.e. placing orders for any free products to send retailers, stores or team, whether from the warehouse through affiliates or from the office.

About Your Responsibilities

  • Monthly and weekly reportings (retail sales data per franchise/sku/country/region/channel, Social Media presence, ranking tracking, fill rate reporting etc)
  • 'No charge orders' placement and tracking
  • Handling of office shipments to team members/retailers
  • Review and creation of English to French translation
  • Product marketing missions: Tracking of product information, including on NPL (Vegan, fragrances etc), one shot analysis on competition, pricing etc
  • Support on Trade Marketing animations

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in business and marketing, with excellent analytical and communication skills. You should be fluent in French and English, and have a minimum of 6 months of internship experience. You should also be available to start in January 2025 and have a valid internship agreement.
