Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of audit assignments, including fieldwork, data analysis, reporting findings, and ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
- Identify potential business risks and weaknesses in the internal control framework, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders across various levels, acting as a strategic partner in a diverse and multicultural setting.
- Assist in the enhancement of audit methodologies, driving improvements in workflows and processes while sharing best practices.
- Position the AZ Trade Group Internal Audit as a reliable and knowledgeable partner.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance-related roles, including internal/external audit, compliance, or risk management.
- A degree in economics, business administration, or a related field.
- A collaborative spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to work.
- Strong client focus with excellent communication and business writing skills.
- Robust analytical abilities and a solid understanding of processes, structures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Capability to engage effectively in a global work environment with diverse cultures.
- Proficiency in data analytics to enhance audit testing capabilities.
- Relevant certifications (CFA, CIA, CISA, etc.) are advantageous.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
