Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations department at our EMEA headquarters. As a Stock Operations Support Apprentice, you will assist in stock procedures in collaboration with our boutiques.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage uniform stocks, including processing boutique requests, restocking, receiving and verifying goods, and organizing fittings for new employees.
- Support in managing operational material stocks, orders, and inventory.
- Assist in handling drink service stocks, orders, and tracking.
- Support with various tasks such as expense reports, travel organization, and boutique inventories.
- Manage merchandise flow and stock allocation.
Requirements
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Dynamic, motivated, and proactive.
