Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at LafargeHolcim. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including inspections, repairs, and replacements
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Perform maintenance and repairs on conveyor belts, machinery, and other equipment
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless production operations
Requirements
- BTS in Electromechanics or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Electrical authorization
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
