Job Description:
- Conduct in-depth business analysis and provide expert support in digital transformation, business process improvement, and change management.
- Develop and lead client workshops to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and draft high-quality deliverables, including business cases, feasibility studies, and implementation plans.
- Manage and monitor client portfolios, ensuring timely delivery of projects and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Engage in commercial development and business growth initiatives, identifying new opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to pre-sales proposals, presenting CSTB's solutions and expertise to clients and prospects.
- Participate in research programs and industry events, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation.
Profile:
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in business consulting, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Significant experience in business support and expertise in digital issues is required, with a strong track record of delivering high-value consulting missions.
Strong expertise in defining functional scopes, creating specifications, and developing expert documentation is essential.
Act as a business partner for clients, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
Qualities:
Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and pedagogy skills.
Leadership and engagement capacity, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
