Are you ready to influence and transform the automotive landscape? Stellantis is seeking innovative technology leaders to reshape the automotive domain. As a Lead Engineer for EE System Architecture at Stellantis, you will be instrumental in shaping the new Centralized and Service-Oriented EE Framework, guiding engineering teams, and developing pioneering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Establish functional specifications for the new EE Framework
  • Oversee the design and execution of advanced feature implementations
  • Coordinate the integration of electronic systems across various functions to fulfill customer requirements
  • Champion the creation of cutting-edge EE platforms
  • Guide and mentor the engineering team

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in EE Systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
  • Demonstrated success in achieving business objectives
  • Expertise in Network & Diagnostics Engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Sys ML and Model-Based Engineering
  • Leadership experience in developing intellectual property

Desirable Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in formulating EE requirements for Service-Oriented Architectures
  • 7+ years of experience in EE Systems
  • Excellent and clear communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Stellantis EE Architecture roadmap
