E-learning Specialist/Instructional Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-learning Specialist/Instructional Designer to join our team at AddYou. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for leading international e-learning projects for digital skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic planning, projection, and animation of training projects, designing strategic objectives to be fulfilled according to the mission and vision of AddYou.
  • Design and develop innovative and high-quality educational content that engages and excites our audience.
  • Propose or develop new projects ensuring consistency with the AddYou project.
  • Coordinate the step-by-step implementation of internal projects, making necessary consultations and analysis.
  • Document project progress, making corrective decisions or proposing solutions.
  • Plan interim deliveries or progress information to receive continuous feedback from your Team Leader and minimize errors.
  • Coordinate with different teams, if necessary, the training process to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Ensure projects are properly and formally closed.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in developing e-learning projects in international projects.
  • Knowledge or training in Pedagogy.
  • Residence in Lila (France) or near.
  • Demonstrated experience in video editing and familiarity with advanced editing software.
  • Solid understanding of theories, models, and best practices of instructional design.
  • Experience working in international environments or projects.
  • Very high level of English.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and with a mindset towards change.
  • Good communication skills, as you will be in contact with different teams and roles at the international level.
  • Ability to plan and organize, as you will be the project manager and will have to guarantee the success of the project.
  • Ability to lead, being a person who energizes teams from different countries and cultures.
