Job Description

SQORUS is a consulting firm specializing in the transformation of HR, Finance, and IT functions. We are seeking a Tech Lead Data Integration H-F to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Lead technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Team Management: Manage and coordinate project teams, including instances of decision-making.
  3. Communication: Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including those who may not speak technical jargon.
Technical Expertise
  1. Middleware Architecture: Design and implement middleware architectures, API/SOA, and event-driven architectures.
  2. Testing: Supervise testing and validation phases.
  3. Technological Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations and technologies.
  4. Problem-Solving: Propose innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Delivery and Continuous Improvement
  1. Project Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of projects without compromising quality.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Propose ongoing improvements and optimizations.
  3. Documentation: Structurally formalize technical documentation.
  4. Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to propose improvements for fluid processes.
Pre-Sales and Client Relations
  1. Needs Analysis: Participate in the development of responses to RFPs and technical and commercial proposals.
  2. POC Wizard: Realize POCs to prove the feasibility of solutions.
  3. Client Presentation: Present and defend technical solutions to clients.
  4. Client Needs: Translate client needs into tailored technical solutions.
New Offer Development
  1. Offer Creation: Contribute to the creation and development of new technological offers.
  2. Methodical Approach: Formalize, test, and validate new offers before launch.
  3. Enthusiasm: Ensure team members are up-to-date with new technologies.
  4. Series Development: Participate in the development of technical offers, POCs, and pricing.

Language Skills: Fluency in English for international team collaboration.

Technical Environment

Work with tools and technologies such as EAI, BPM, ESB, Mulesoft ESB, Talend ETL/ESB, Dell Boomi, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/ICS), Oracle Service Bus, and event-driven architectures like Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, AWS Kinesis, and Google Pub/Sub.

Profile

Degree in engineering or equivalent, with solid experience in technical project management and IT architecture. Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts and strong autonomy in project and team management.

Expertise in middleware architecture, API/SOA, and/or event-driven architectures. Familiarity with various technological tools and rapid adaptation capacity. Excellent communication skills to structure and formalize technical information. Good listening skills and experience in complex technical environments. Fluency in English for international projects.
