Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (M/F) to join our team at La Maison Perce-Neige de Gourdon.

La Maison Perce-Neige de Gourdon is a specialized care and support facility for individuals with mental, physical, or psychological disabilities. As an Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized care and rehabilitation services to residents, working closely with the medical team to set and achieve objectives.
• Supporting residents in their daily comfort, autonomy development, and life project, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
• Conducting thorough assessments of residents' postures, recommending adaptive positioning in chairs and beds, and implementing necessary modifications.
• Collaborating with residents, multidisciplinary teams, service providers, and families to ensure comprehensive support and care.
• Participating in regular project meetings, managing equipment, and contributing to the development of personalized care plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need a State Diploma in Occupational Therapy, excellent communication skills, a strong team spirit, and the ability to take initiative. You should also be able to write effectively and build positive relationships with colleagues and residents. This position offers a 0.4 FTE contract with competitive compensation, including full coverage of health insurance and a performance-based bonus.
