Mechanical Projector

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Projector to join our team at Orano. As a Mechanical Projector, you will be responsible for developing mechanical studies throughout various project phases (offers, feasibility, APS, APD, realization). Your primary focus will be on designing new installations, modifying existing ones, bringing them up to standards, maintaining their operation, or dismantling old installations.

• Under the supervision of a Mechanical Manager, you will participate in:
• Functional analysis and data collection
• Defining mechanical procedures: synoptics and operating notes, maintenance principles, failure analysis, flow analysis, and data for conduit development
• Searching for optimal technical solutions
• Solidworks 3D modeling of existing equipment and environments
• 3D design (Solidworks) of mechanical equipment and pre-dimensioning
• Implementing equipment in mechanical rooms
• Creating technical documents (schematics and guide plans, implantation plans, technical notes)
• Defining interfaces and coordinating with other trade bodies (general installation, electricity, control-command, ventilation, construction, etc.)

Throughout the project phases, you will work closely with the project teams and your Mechanical Manager to develop technical points and ensure the successful completion of projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent analytical skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
