Collaborating with a diverse team of developers (Front, Back, Mobile), QA specialists, Product Owners, Project Managers, and UX/UI designers, you will play a vital role in the evolution of future meeting applications.
Additionally, you will be an integral part of our Android community, consisting of five developers at various experience levels and a Tech Lead.
Technical Stack:
- Modular architecture (350 modules) & Clean architecture
- Test-Driven Development (320 interface tests and 3500 unit tests)
- Kotlin/Java (80/20)
- Continuous integration utilizing Git, GitLab, Jenkins, AppCenter, and BrowserStack
- Jetpack Compose
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, maintainable code that meets the team's standards.
You will take ownership of your projects from inception to deployment, including implementation, testing, and ongoing enhancements to the application architecture.
Participate in workshops to brainstorm and develop new features alongside Product and Design teams.
Bring your innovative ideas to life, enhancing the user experience to be enjoyable and engaging.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Android development and Kotlin
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficient in tools such as Android Studio and Gradle
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and French
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in writing interface tests
- Familiarity with localization tools (e.g., Crowdin)

Recruitment Process:
The process includes an initial 30-minute video call with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, followed by a 90-minute technical interview with the Tech Lead and Engineering Managers, and concluding with a final interview with the People Manager and Engineering Director.
