About Pigier Performance Montpellier
Our institution specializes in providing comprehensive training in commerce, management, administration, and communication. We are currently in search of a committed administrative assistant to support our operations. This role is particularly suited for individuals enrolled in a BTS GESTION de la PME training program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee attendance logs and manage absence records
- Coordinate various tasks including communication with trainees, businesses, and educators
- Distribute academic performance reports
- Facilitate examination registrations and timetable organization
- Assist in drafting contracts
- Support the registration process for apprentices and companies
- Organize schedules and send out event invitations
- Track candidate applications via our online platform
POSITION DETAILS:
- Work Schedule: 3 days per week at the company and 2 days per week in training
- Compensation: Percentage of the minimum wage based on age and highest qualification
- Contract Type: 24-month apprenticeship agreement
- Qualification: Successful completion leads to a BTS GESTION de la PME diploma
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Required: BAC degree, with a proactive and inquisitive mindset
- Must be currently pursuing a management program focused on SMEs
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
