Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and suppliers on instrumentation and control systems.
- Standardization and Compliance: Develop and maintain standard instrumentation specifications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Project Support: Support investment projects for float lines, including instrumentation and control-regulation scope.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with certified instrumentation suppliers and identify potential new suppliers.
- Technical Audits: Conduct technical audits in factories to ensure compliance with technical standards and best practices.
- Process Optimization: Participate in process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Generalist Engineer or Engineer in Electronics/Instrumentation/Controls with years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English, French is highly appreciated, Spanish or German is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge in automation and controls/regulation, good understanding of supplier management, ATEX regulation and associated instrumentation.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary team, ability to work in a multicultural environment, ability to work on several projects simultaneously, synthetic mindset with ability to work on details when needed.
