Job Overview:

A new opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Certification Qualification Engineer to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Marignane, France. As a key member of our H175 CQE team, you will be responsible for leading the compliance demonstration to applicable airworthiness requirements (CS29) for new designs and types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan and pilot certification activities, identify and mitigate risks, follow up on compliance demonstration activities progress, and ensure on-time completion.
  • Certification/Qualification activities: Identify and define applicable certification basis, define certification logic, establish corresponding plans, lead certification activities, and approve design changes and flight conditions under DOA privilege.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' degree level in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of overall Engineering experience.
  • Experience in certification of helicopters (CVE, CQE) and/or system airframe, rotor, transmission, fuel, flight commands is a plus.
  • Rigor and structured mind, open-minded, proactive, customer-centric, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Advanced level of French and English.
