Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gérant Mandataire to join our team in Reims. As a Gérant Mandataire, you will be responsible for managing a NOZ store in an autonomous and independent manner, while benefiting from our support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gestion and reception of arrivals (unloading of trucks, placing in bins)
  • Gestion of the sales floor (ranging, cash handling)
  • Client relations and satisfaction
  • Implementation of commercial actions

Additional Responsibilities

  • Gestion of skills (recruitment, training, integration …)
  • Gestion of personnel (scheduling, holidays …)
  • Monitoring of indicators and planning of actions
  • Accounting
