Job Description:

Company Overview

The Pierre Fabre Group is a leading player in the global dermo-cosmetics market, with a strong presence in over 130 countries. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our oral care products to pharmacies and parapharmacies across the region.

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We offer a competitive salary package, including a 13th month bonus, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits program. Your remuneration will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell our oral care products to pharmacies and parapharmacies

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales growth. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering excellent customer service.

2. Train and educate pharmacy teams about our products and their benefits

A key aspect of this role is to educate pharmacy teams about the features and benefits of our oral care products. You will deliver training sessions, provide product demonstrations, and offer guidance on how to effectively promote our products to customers.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives

To ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies, you will work closely with our internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service. This will involve providing feedback, sharing insights, and contributing to cross-functional projects.

4. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform future strategies

As a seasoned sales professional, you will have a keen eye for analyzing sales data and market trends. You will use this insight to identify areas for improvement, develop targeted solutions, and inform future sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Commercial degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and distribution channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations
