Job Description

As a key member of our service team at Cloud Temple, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability and quality of our services. Reporting to our Operations Team Leader, you will work in a demanding environment with high security and availability standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain our platform and deployment pipelines.
  • Participate in innovation projects and contribute to the digital transformation of our services.
  • Optimize public cloud resources (FinOps) and manage production incidents.
  • Anticipate and manage risks associated with changes in production, ensuring service levels are respected.
  • Contribute to our technical knowledge base and facilitate information sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Improve DevOps processes and tools, and support teams in developing their skills.
  • Support dev teams to facilitate regular production releases and optimize delivery processes.
  • Participate in the Build to Run process and help SDMs validate this process.
  • Monitor environments and applications to ensure their availability and performance.
  • Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of IT architectures, UNIX/Linux systems, and IP networks.
  • Advanced skills in virtualized infrastructure (VMWare, Hyper-V).
  • Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Bash, Powershell, PHP, Go, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD (GitLab), and Docker tools.
  • Knowledge of at least one IAC technology such as Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Expertise in monitoring and managing the performance of IT services.
Language Skills

Fluency in written and spoken English and French.

Expected Experience
  • Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in production engineering and CloudOps.
  • Good knowledge of public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), experience with supervision and monitoring technologies (Nagios, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
Areas of Expertise

The following skills are required: knowledge of DevOps practices for Cloud Native applications (ideally with Kubernetes), a scripting or programming language, at least one as-code infrastructure technology. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
