This position involves overseeing the Synthetics Continuous Testing Team and spearheading the development of innovative testing solutions for CI.

Delivering value to our clients is paramount; the Engineering Manager will guide the team, foster the growth of engineers, facilitate team meetings, manage team performance, and actively engage with a product-focused mindset while collaborating with a dedicated Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 4 Engineers

• A product-oriented mindset, particularly with expertise in the CI/CD domain
