About Alpadia

Alpadia Language Schools is a specialized language school group that organizes summer camps in Switzerland, France, Germany, and England. We offer a unique learning experience for children and teenagers aged 8-17, combining academic studies, comfortable accommodation, and a range of cultural and sports activities.

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Activity Monitors. As a key member of our summer camp team, you will be responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead sports and cultural activities in the afternoon, as well as themed evening events
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of our students
  • Enforce the camp rules and ensure students attend activities and meals
  • Assist the camp manager with various tasks, including welcoming new students and preparing for departures

Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years old
  • Strong sense of responsibility and organization
  • Previous experience working with teenagers (13-17 years old)
  • Previous experience in a similar setting (summer camps or youth organizations) is a plus
  • BAFA degree or equivalent
  • Good English language skills
  • Valid driving license
  • First aid and/or lifeguarding certifications are a plus
