  • Identifying suitable candidates on various job platforms
  • Reviewing resumes
  • Initial screening of applications and arranging interviews
  • Conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Administrative management of candidate records and onboarding of selected individuals

Regular collaboration with HR and operational teams, demonstrating a service-oriented approach Flexibility, precision, and enthusiasm Strong observational and analytical capabilities Proficient in digital tools Possessing a Bachelor's degree, seeking an apprenticeship to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management
