Join the Euronext Team as a CEO Office Intern

Euronext is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the offices of the Group CEO and Euronext Paris CEO. As a CEO Office Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the daily activities of the CEOs, including press interviews, client meetings, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the CEOs: Assist with press interviews, client meetings, and negotiations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  2. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support the CEOs in their decision-making processes, providing fact-based and concise background papers, briefing materials, and supporting presentations.
  3. Event Planning: Assist in the organization of corporate events, such as the Euronext Annual Conference and Sustainability Week, ensuring their success and impact.
  4. Project Management: Monitor the progress of projects, participate in meetings with stakeholders, take minutes, and follow up on ongoing issues.
  5. Strategic Planning: Support the Group CEO in designing the future strategic plan, engaging in prospective research, and monitoring relevant internal projects and initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Smart Office Project: Participate in the renovation of Euronext Paris offices to adapt to new ways of working and support collaboration and hybrid working modes.
  2. Internal Communications: Write content for internal communications, including the monthly newsletter and ad-hoc intranet articles.
  3. Committee Preparation: Prepare relevant committees, such as the Works Council and Paris Management Committee.
  4. Project Management: Manage internal projects, including steering the ESG France network, organizing Onboarding days, and coordinating visits of professional organizations and public authorities.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Final or penultimate year student from a Tier 1 business school, engineering school, or university with strong academic credentials.
  2. Language Skills: Fluent in French and English.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of and/or strong interest in the financial industry.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient use of the Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  5. Soft Skills: Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to anticipate, attention to details, fast learner, proactive behavior, and entrepreneurial mindset.
