As a Senior Labour Law Counsel, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations comply with labour laws across various countries.
Your Mission:- Advise stakeholders on labour law matters, including employment contracts, working hours, remuneration, and disciplinary actions.
- Support teams in defining and implementing projects to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Draft legal documentation, including contract templates and letters.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation cases in collaboration with law firms.
- Organize and lead CSE meetings, liaise with the CSE and trade unions.
- Draft and negotiate collective documentation, including internal regulations and collective agreements.
- Prepare documentation and training materials for HR and managers.
- Conduct legal watch to ensure we remain up-to-date in all countries where the Group operates.
- You have significant experience as a labour law counsel, ideally in an international company or law firm.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of French labour law, with knowledge of other applicable laws a plus.
- You excel at communicating complex concepts and providing strategic insights.
- You're fluent in both French and English, with the ability to communicate efficiently and simplify complex ideas.
- You enjoy multitasking and reacting quickly to changing situations.
