ROLE OBJECTIVE

In collaboration with our client, the Lead Project Manager will oversee the execution of creative projects within our internal agency, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and creative teams (designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers, video editors...), under the guidance of the Account Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE

  • Direct the production of content projects from inception to completion, ensuring consistent communication regarding milestones, objectives, and deadlines.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.
  • Develop time estimates, ensuring all necessary data and resources are available to meet client expectations.
  • Manage project budgets and communicate any financial implications, including budget adjustments and expenditures.
  • Evaluate project resources and provide insights on project requirements.
  • Continuously review and enhance working methods and processes for improvement.
  • Lead project meetings (kick-off, updates, feedback sessions).
  • Facilitate asset delivery to internal clients and serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the approval process.
  • Oversee administration of external resources (estimates, purchase orders, invoices).

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

  • 6+ years of experience in an agency environment with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage both individual and project workloads, identifying challenges and risks, along with strategies for mitigation and resolution.
  • Strong execution skills, adept at multitasking with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capability to synthesize and translate complex information from various sources into engaging narratives and content for target audiences.
  • Proficient in presenting and articulating ideas to clients.
  • Ability to clearly express your concepts and thoughts.
  • Experience or interest in the luxury, wine, and spirits sectors.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
