About the Role

The IT Infrastructure Manager will lead the entire IT operations and technical means (infrastructure, systems, networks, databases, security, and telecommunications) of the Group. This person will be responsible for ensuring the quality of service and security levels as expected by users of multiple sites and other members of the DSI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational team, taking into account potential geographical differences: defining objectives and annual interviews, validating absences, recruitment, developing skills, and managing subcontractors.
  • Define and track budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) for their domain, proposing investments within the Group's budget cycle.
  • Manage support and maintenance contracts for production means.
  • Establish and track the workload plan, key performance indicators.
  • Ensure consistency of projects and applications within their area of responsibility, in line with the technical architect.
  • Oversee all production: management, system engineering, and exploitation.
  • Control system reliability and data security.
  • Implement and apply disaster recovery and backup plans.
  • Maintain production means at the required technical level.
  • Coordinate the realization of IT treatments in the best conditions of quality, deadlines, and costs.
  • Ensure the formalization of exploitation procedures, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the supply of technical equipment.
  • Pilot projects within their area or in collaboration with other DSI departments.
  • Ensure the correct application of the SI security policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, with 5 years of experience in a similar position with management.
  • Technical English.
  • Project management methods and techniques, group animation, and meetings.
  • Budget definition and tracking.
  • Knowledge of the IT market.
  • Familiarity with methods (ITIL, HDS ISO 27001, RGPD, ISO9001).
  • Risk management, problem management, and change management.
  • Mastering Windows/Unix/VMware/Cisco environments.
  • Good knowledge of network domains.
  • Familiarity with all IT domains within their area.
  • Organization, rigor, and method, customer service spirit.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
  • Time management, adaptability, anticipation, openness, listening, and negotiation.
  • Aptitude to federate and work in a group, even remotely (multisite team).
