Key Responsibilities:

The Activity Manager Corporate will be responsible for coordinating key activities on 1 or 2 brands, including innovations, renovations, product stops, activations, and productivity projects.

Project Management (80%)

Will lead the execution quality process and coordinate the commercialization of product or packaging change projects on 1 or 2 brands.

  • Collaborate with markets to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality launches.
  • Supervise deliverables, timelines, and propose risk mitigation plans.
  • Ensure the quality of the demand transmitted by the project team to the planning teams.
  • Guarantee the creation of codes and maintain the quality of basic data.
  • Lead global PAM process.
  • Take responsibility for Supply Chain work packages in the project development phase.
  • Support in the Portfolio Management process alongside Master Data, Marketing & BUs.
Continuous Improvement (20%)

Will be proactive and propose improvements to the actual Activity Management process.

  • Develop tools & reports and support teams in optimizing launches performance for corporate or local teams.
  • Engage internal & external stakeholders on continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, be autonomous and proactive in identifying risks and offering alternative solutions.

They will demonstrate agility, be willing and capable to instill discipline to deliver projects on time.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team are essential.

Leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence decision-making are also required.

The candidate will have worked in an international environment and be fluent in both spoken and written English.
