As a member of the Cora team, you will be responsible for learning to produce a wide range of bread and pastry products in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Under the guidance of an experienced Baker:

  • Ensure and guarantee the production of white bread, specialty breads, and pastries
  • Follow technical guidelines: select and measure ingredients (flour, yeast, additives, etc.) for bread or pastry dough, mix and perform kneading, shaping, controlled rising, and baking
  • Prepare pastries (cutting, filling, decorating, etc.)
  • Perform product decoration (chocolate chips, sesame seeds, sugar, glazing, etc.) after cooling
  • Monitor the condition and storage of perishable products and manage DLC
  • Inform about traceability
  • Clean and maintain the work area, tools, and facilities in a clean and hygienic state
  • Take temperature readings at each workstation change: recording
