Position Overview
As a key player in the integration of work-study students and interns, you will be responsible for organizing events and fostering a vibrant community among participants. Your role will include:
- Facilitating smooth onboarding experiences and addressing inquiries from new interns and work-study students.
- Overseeing the administrative aspects of unpaid internships, including the preparation of internship agreements and liaising with relevant organizations.
- Assisting in the management of work-study campaigns by identifying needs and supporting recruitment efforts.
- Conducting application reviews, HR interviews, and maintaining communication with managers throughout the hiring process.
- Handling back-office tasks such as producing necessary documentation, submitting administrative files, and posting job announcements on various platforms.
- Participating in benchmarking activities and engaging in both online and in-person school events.
- Acting as an ambassador for work-study students, ensuring effective integration and contributing to process improvements.
- Providing support to HR teams on cross-functional projects and offering daily guidance to managers and employees regarding HR tools.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources at a business school or university. You should possess:
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in an international context.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a keen sense of prioritization.
- A minimum English proficiency level of B2.
- A naturally curious and dynamic personality, with a preference for teamwork and a strong sense of autonomy.
