Expertise in Plastic Raw Materials

  • Monitor, evaluate, and provide recommendations on new plastic raw materials, additives, and processes to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Evaluate the use of new plastic materials, including bio-based, bio-degradable, and compostable resins, in a sustainable development strategy (SDS) environment.
  • Guide material decisions to maximize recyclability and minimize environmental impact.

Product Sustainability and Recycling Expertise

  • Develop a deep understanding of plastic recycling regulations, certifications, and technologies by region (USA, Europe, Asia).
  • Assist in validating and certifying SDS product recyclability.
  • Assess competitors' and customers' recyclability claims.
  • Contribute to the development of products with improved reusability, recyclability, and reduced environmental impact.
  • Develop and share knowledge of sustainability, recycling, and eco-design guidelines with the sales, marketing, and technical teams.

Project Management Expertise

  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate project issues to management as needed.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and CO2 Emissions Expertise

  • Define processes and coordinate with plant technicians to provide LCA of SDS products.
  • Evaluate SDS products versus competitive solutions.
  • Make recommendations to improve product LCA and reduce CO2 emissions.
