Job Description:
RTX Corporation is seeking an Associate Director, Data Governance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a diverse portfolio within our RTX Enterprise Data Governance Office (DGO) and collaborating with internal customers to align and drive teams toward common data goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to build data assets by acquiring data from systems associated with prioritized domains.
- Responsible for requirements capture from Corp, Business Units, and Sub-Business Units.
- Develop and implement data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure the quality, availability, integrity, and security of prioritized data assets.
- Lead cross-discipline discussions to harmonize requirements and practices across RTX teams for implementation of Data Governance.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics and activities using data visualization tools.
Requirements:
- Typically a minimum of 12+ years' experience in the data governance arena and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.
- 7+ years' deep understanding of data governance practices, and associated technologies.
- 10+ years' proven experience with DG Framework establishment and enablement.
