Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of new products for the Burberry brand. As a key member of the Burberry Fragrance team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in the luxury fragrance market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute short- and long-term product launch strategies for Burberry brand, from insight analysis to product concepting, formulation, development, communication, and 360 launch campaigns.
- Define and develop 360 toolboxes to achieve successful new launches or support existing lines aligned with markets and commercial needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop communication assets in line with brand and expert teams.
- Ensure projects are developed with consistency with brand values, focusing on creativity and sustainability.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and the fashion house.
- Establish strong connections with expert functions to ensure a consistent 360 approach.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Global Fragrance Marketing Development, with a degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of driving product innovation and growth in the luxury fragrance market.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
- Fluency in English.
