L'objectif principal du Chef de Projet est de planifier et de gérer des projets scientifiques des clients de Hybrigenics de l'inception à la réussite. Le Chef de Projet communique et coordonne les plans de projet avec les équipes de développement commercial (BD) et de production ainsi que fournit des conseils scientifiques et des expertises techniques aux clients.

Responsabilités
  • Gérer la planification stratégique, le soutien de conception et l'exécution des projets
  • Donner des mises à jour aux clients sur l'état des projets et articuler les moyens de surmonter les obstacles des projets
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production pour résoudre les problèmes techniques
  • Discuter des résultats des projets et de l'interprétation des résultats avec les clients
  • Contribuer aux équipes de développement commercial et de marketing pour établir et mettre à jour les documents commerciaux
  • Représenter Hybrigenics Services lors de réunions scientifiques et de conférences et identifier de nouveaux clients
Compétences requises
  • Ph.D. en sciences biologiques
  • Connaissances solides des techniques de biologie moléculaire et de biochimie des protéines, ainsi que des différentes méthodes d'identification des interactions protéiques
  • Connaissances des outils courants de bioinformatique : analyse de séquences, de domaines, de motifs, de catégories fonctionnelles, analyses structurales
  • Connaissances des outils et des concepts de la biologie de systèmes, et des outils informatiques de représentation et d'analyse des réseaux biologiques, constitue un plus
  • Langues : anglais et français courants à l'écrit et à l'oral obligatoire

Le sens de l'organisation, la rigueur, la réactivité, la curiosité scientifique et les excellentes capacités relationnelles et de communication dans un environnement international permettent au Chef de Projet d'interagir efficacement avec les prospects, les clients et les autres équipes d'Hybrigenics, et de contribuer ainsi de façon décisive au développement de l'entreprise.
