Role OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead Backend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering squad, you'll play a crucial role in building and scaling our product, ensuring a robust and scalable architecture, and contributing to the team's continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Help shape the architecture of our product to ensure a robust and scalable solution.
- Lead an engineering squad of 5 and contribute to the team's growth and development.
- Build and scale our product, focusing on good practices and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of complex features, such as a dynamic form builder, workflows engine, budget, and analytics.
- Leverage AI to enhance user productivity.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Fluency in English, our business language.
- Proactive, able to prioritize, and willing to thrive in a rapidly growing startup environment.
- Strong programming skills, with experience in Java Spring Boot, Kotlin, Scala, C#, or Python.
- End-to-end understanding of backend systems, including database, authentication, API, security, and performance.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architectures.
- Rigorous about best practices, including technical design, testing, code reviews, documentation, and maintenance.
