About the Role:

ASCENCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL LA DEFENSE - COLLEGE DE PARIS is seeking an apprentice for the Sales Administration Management Title role as an ADV Coordinator (M/F) within one of its partner organizations. The company provides comprehensive coverage for the paid training. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Efficiently managing the processing of customer orders while adhering to deadlines.
  • Coordinating the efforts of the ADV team to facilitate a smooth workflow.
  • Collaborating closely with logistics, production, and sales departments to ensure effective coordination.
  • Maintaining rigorous oversight of shipments and deliveries to fulfill customer expectations.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, addressing their requests and concerns in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Evaluating the performance of the ADV team and proposing recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency.
