As a Junior Business Controller in our EMEA Regional Finance Team, you will play a key role in supporting the EMEA management team and Finance global team in understanding and managing the business performance of the region. Your expertise will be essential in providing data consolidation and analysis, managing the calendar at regional level, and communicating with local CFOs and Controllers to ensure that corporate guidelines, deadlines, deliverables and best practices are followed.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Data extraction and consolidation to update performance KPIs Reports & Dashboards
- Cross-department support in providing financial data and supporting performance analysis
As a member of our EMEA Local Finance Team, you will work closely with the EMEA Leadership team and Corporate Controlling Team to drive business performance and growth. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Requirements:
- Educational background in Economics or Finance, Accounting
- Solid experience with Office software packages, SAP knowledge, Hyperion Planning
- Previous experience in Controlling in product companies
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and independent decision making
- Ability to work under pressure and in complex situations within an international environment
- Interpersonal / communication skills
- Attention to detail and time, project-management skills
