Job Title:CNC Machine Operator (M/F)
A leading manufacturing firm is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Cutting Operations:
- Selecting the appropriate material for cutting
- Loading the machine with metal sheets as per production orders
- Establishing efficient cutting layouts
- Choosing and executing the required program for cutting
- Detecting equipment issues and applying corrective measures
- Tool Management:
- Verifying the quality and compliance of manufactured parts
- Reporting any discrepancies found in the parts
- Conducting weekly cleaning and organizing of the workshop and its environment
- Adhering to deadlines, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Completing quality and production documentation
- Additional Duties:
- Unloading and storing finished components
- Maneuvering metal sheets using a crane and/or forklift
- Ensuring safety within the workshop for all personnel and equipment
- Interpreting blueprints, communicating effectively, and following safety and quality regulations
- Analyzing and processing fabrication documentation
- Maintaining a tidy work environment
- Utilizing available equipment and control methods effectively
- Guaranteeing product reliability and quality
- Engaging in product and process enhancements
- Upholding the company's values and demonstrating professionalism
- Taking initiative, generating innovative ideas, and working independently
- Collaborating with colleagues and delivering outstanding customer service
