Marketing Internship Opportunity at Tom Ford

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Intern to join our Consumer Marketing team in the EMEA region. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Consumer Engagement team on various projects, including PR, marketing intelligence, and consumer trends analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Consumer Marketing Manager in building a 360-degree go-to-market strategy for the EMEA region.
  • Prepare competitive overviews and highlight key marketing intelligence insights.
  • Work on transversal projects related to consumer trends and competitive insights.
  • Support trade initiatives and reporting.
  • Identify and scale best practices in monthly Consumer Marketing calls.

PR/COMMUNICATION

  • Consolidate monthly PR reports from affiliates and follow up on key initiatives.
  • Coordinate PR needs and requests from global and affiliate teams.
  • Drive regular analysis and provide key ideas on how to improve PR efforts.
  • Consolidate information and best practices from affiliates regarding virtual selling.

Requirements

  • Available for 6 months starting January 2025.
  • Internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory.
  • Minimum Education Level: Higher Education (Bac 5, from a Business school or university).
  • Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Ideally at least 1-year work experience. Interest in the cosmetics sector. Previous, relevant marketing experience.
  • Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (language of work) and ability to speak French.
