About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analysis Engineer to join our team at our Suresnes, Paris office. As a key member of our Pipeline Group, you will be responsible for managing installation analysis teams and ensuring successful delivery of analysis activities on all projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage installation analysis teams to deliver high-quality analysis activities.
  • Perform installation analysis of rigid pipelines in S-lay, J-lay, and Reel-lay.
  • Provide engineering guidance to team members on specific subject matters.
  • Manage external and internal interfaces, including clients, subcontractors, and SCM.
  • Ensure engineering services comply with company standards and focus on commerciality.
  • Provide engineering support during operations, including occasional offshore or yard assignments.
  • Participate in engineers' training and development.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas market.
  • Leadership experience, with a focus on team management.
  • Proficiency in Orcaflex and familiarity with Python, VBA, and Abaqus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent report writing and self-checking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
