Your Role: Quality Assurance Apprentice

As a Quality Assurance Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission of delivering excellence in quality and risk management. You will gain valuable experience in various aspects of quality assurance, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in quality management initiatives, including risk monitoring and corporate social responsibility (RSE) programs.
  • Assist in mapping and harmonizing key business processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Support the development and implementation of evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of our operations.
  • Contribute to the creation of performance indicators and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Quality and Risk Management, with a focus on healthcare.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
