Electrician for Building Maintenance

METROPOLE NICE COTE D AZUR is seeking a skilled and experienced Building Electrician to join our dedicated maintenance team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a wide range of electrical tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical equipment used in building construction and operations.
  • Contribute to fire safety protocols and risk prevention measures.
  • Manage and support telephony systems (TEL).
  • Fabricate and repair metal parts related to building trades.
  • Oversee heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  • Supervise external contractor interventions for specialized tasks.
  • Perform general maintenance duties across various building systems.
  • Document all work performed using standardized forms (TECH47).
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of telecommunications equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar electrician role within a building environment.
  • Relevant diploma or certification in electrical installations or electro-technical equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, metallurgy, and locksmithing techniques.
  • Ability to analyze project requirements, apply industry standards, and work safely.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a collaborative team approach.
