Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Buyer to join our team at Automotive Cells Company (ACC). As an Energy Buyer, you will be responsible for managing all purchasing fields related to energy supply and related activities, including wind and solar power production, CEE management, biomass energy, and industrial gas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all purchasing fields from RFQ preparation to services/materials delivery.
- Participate in all relevant preparation meetings.
- Act in close relationship with internal customers and colleagues.
- Manage supplier relationships and deal with all economic aspects.
- Lead and/or participate in RFQs: prepare bid lists and specifications, send RFQ files to suppliers, and analyze their answers with the project team.
- Finalize contracts and make administrative activities, including purchase orders.
- Build strategies for mid and long-term energy procurement.
- Build benchmarks and propose best practices for future projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Purchasing department.
- Experience in the Energy field is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Diplomas: M1 validated, or an International Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or higher.
- MSc in Purchasing is a plus.
- Languages: French and English.
- Proficient in appropriate software.
Key Behaviours
- Strong cross-functional behavior.
- Quick reporting and sharing of information with Project and Purchasing teams.
Additional Skills
- Experience of projects in very constrained contexts (budget and planning).
- Comprehensive experience of the energy market.
