Job Title: Group Strategy Junior Analyst

Imerys is embarking on a transformative journey towards sustainable growth, focusing on green mobility, sustainable construction, and natural solutions for consumer goods. As a key member of the Group Strategy team, the Group Strategy Junior Analyst plays a pivotal role in defining and implementing Imerys Group's strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Imerys' top management in decision-making through rigorous strategic and financial analyses.
  • Contribute to various strategic projects and initiatives, leading selected workstreams under the guidance of a Strategy Manager and the team's Vice-President.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Imerys Group, including sales, marketing, finance, customer excellence, ESG, and science and technology teams.
  • Engage with external advisors, including strategy consulting firms, to drive business growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Top-level Business or Engineering graduate degree.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Knowledge of strategic analysis concepts and methodologies.
  • Understanding of corporate finance and economy concepts and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Fluent English, with fluency in other languages a strong plus.

  • Quantitative analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead self and drive selected workstreams of strategic initiatives.
  • Strong team spirit and interpersonal communication skills.
