About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team at H-Tech Supports. As an Expert Data Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in shaping our data access governance strategy and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and propose Data Access Governance (DAG) solutions as part of our Access Management project
  • Oversee the implementation and management of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Monitor and maintain workstation environments, providing expert support and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored TOIP (Telephony over IP) solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements
  • Lead and participate in global rollouts, coordinating with international teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of services
Requirements
  • Expert-level knowledge of DAG solutions and governance of access to unstructured data
  • Strong business skills and ability to facilitate workshops
  • Confirmed level of expertise in deployment scenarios and selection file methodology
  • Soft skills including interpersonal skills, synthesis skills, and decision-making hindsight
  • Fluent English and French language skills
