Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Team Lead to join our dynamic team as we develop our cloud-based product. Your main duties will include:

  1. Establishing and managing tools and processes to support our cloud platform, ensuring top-notch reliability and security.
  2. Providing tools for deploying our solution on clients' premises or private cloud.
  3. Enhancing and maintaining our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
  4. Leading and supervising the team, offering guidance and ensuring efficient task distribution.
  5. Steering technical decisions, fostering innovation, and upholding code quality through reviews and adherence to standards.
  6. Facilitating communication with stakeholders, resolving issues, and fostering a culture of learning and process enhancement.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Significant experience in Go or Rust.
  2. Experience with Kubernetes in production, knowledge of Kubernetes API, and ability to write Kubernetes operators.
  3. Understanding of automation technologies and experience in Terraform and one of Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  4. Strong DevOps/DevSecOps experience and comfort with cloud providers, preferably AWS and GCP.
  5. Experience in the operations of a SaaS for a commercial software company with a leading role and good understanding of work responsibilities and processes.
  6. Technical leadership skills, feeding the team with new ideas and innovation.
  7. Autonomy to lead projects and a team player.
  8. Linguistic skills: Good in English both written and verbal; French is a plus.
