Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Influence & Press Manager to join our team at Coty, a leading beauty company. As an Influence & Press Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing PR and influencer marketing strategies to maximize press coverage, digital awareness, and positive consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute France mass/masstige portfolio (Bourjois & Rimmel & Adidas & Sally Hansen) PR & Influencer marketing activities to maximize press coverage, digital awareness, and positive consumer engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement PR strategies with the ability to think out of the box.
  • Implement and maximize editorial press and influencer marketing, PR activations with the objective of maximizing reach with relevant profiles for the brand.
  • Oversee day-to-day budget management and supplier payments.
  • Track, analyze, and monitor monthly print press, digital, and influencers coverage results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy.
