Our production facility in Argenteuil, France, employs around 600 people and specializes in the fabrication and assembly of aircraft structures. The Production Unit for the Rafale aircraft is seeking skilled Mechanic Assemblers to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for installing and adjusting mechanical, electrical, and equipment components on aircraft during the assembly phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install mechanical, electrical, and equipment components on aircraft
- Verify the conformity of tools used
- Follow Descriptive Procedures, Instruction Sheets, and operational texts
- Apply health, safety, and environmental guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement
- Ensure the quality of work by practicing self-verification and reporting discrepancies
- Perform rework, touch-ups, and disassemble equipment as needed
Requirements
- Hold a CAP/BEP certification in mechanics and/or electrical engineering
- Have significant experience in the industry, preferably in aerospace, with skills in reading technical documents, understanding electrical schematics, and basic mechanical knowledge
- Be meticulous, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Be able to work in teams and adapt to changing priorities
